Replace font in Travel UI with Noto Sans TC 14

- Updated MainUI to use Noto Sans TC 14 font for labels including message, refresh time, and header.
- Modified SettingsUI to utilize Noto Sans TC 14 font for title, URL, status, and instruction labels.
